On 12th October 2023, peacefully at his home and surrounded by his loving family, aged 77 years. Dearly loved husband of Win, loving father and father-in-law of Garth and Nicky, Darryl and Martine, Craig and Madeleine, Christopher and Femi and an adored grandad of Ben, Elisha, Eloise, Jack, Toby, Woody, Orla, Ava and Sienna. A Celebration of James's life, prior to cremation, will be held at Le Foulon Chapel on Monday 30th October at 2.00 p.m. to which all who know him are welcome to attend. Family flowers only but any kind donations may be sent to Parkinsons Guernsey LBG, c/o The Treasurer, Schwopick, Port Soif Lane, Vale, GY6 8AH.

Hello Win and family from Linda and Dave Martin in New Zealand. We were sorry to read your notice of Jim’s death. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. We remember many happy times together and I am still grateful that you allowed me to share your home on first arriving in Guernsey in 1969.
