Passed away peacefully at Highfield House Care Home on Thursday 19th December 2024, aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Derek, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul and Julie, Pauline and David and the late Michael, loved grandmother of Deborah, Elizabeth, Daniel, Sarah and Katie and a great-grandmother.Funeral service to be held at Beckfords Chapel on Monday 6th January 2025 at 11.00am. All who knew Mavis are welcome to attend. Family flowers only, however donations in lieu may be made to Guernsey Alzheimer's Association, The Centre, Rue des Monts, Delancey, St Sampsons, GY2 4HU.Private Interment.
